Wyant Athletic and Wellness Center

The university dedicated the Wyant Athletic and Wellness Center on October 9, 2014. The facility was made possible by the $4 million commitment of 1965 Case Institute of Technology alumnus, James C. Wyant, PhD. 

As part of the North Campus Residential Village and Athletic Complex, the three-level facility includes:

Steve Belichick Varsity Weight Room – The 4,500-square foot space was gifted by New England Patriot Head Coach Bill Belichick in honor of his father, Steve, a 1941 graduate of Western Reserve University.

DiGeronimo Fitness Center – A 4,200-square foot cardio workout facility.

Varsity Club – A 2,500 square foot level with office and meeting space as well as “Stu’s Balcony” overlooking DiSanto Field and the Coach Bill Sudeck Track.

Phase II – Phase two of the Wyant Athletic and Wellness Center will include a 15,000-square foot indoor practice space with artificial turf.
